SHIPPING

How long does it take to ship my items?

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-3 business days for packages to be processed.

Please note, no orders are shipped after hours (office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends nor on holidays.

RETURNS

Am I able to return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup)
  • In “sellable condition” which includes no scuffs, tears, nor snags
  • All items are subject to inspection

To initiate your return please email support@seriavedel.com. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the tags attached. Please include packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

Please note we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at info@seriavedel.com.

Can I make adjustments to my order?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to make any modifications to your order as it's already on its way to you.
